Your voice is more than words. It is your truth, your song, your prayer, and your power.
Join us as we explore the many ways women have used their voices throughout history to heal, teach, pray, celebrate, and create community. Together, we'll discover how reclaiming our authentic voice can deepen our confidence, strengthen our intuition, and reconnect us with our inner wisdom.
During this circle we will experience:
🌿 Exploring the power of the spoken and sung voice
🌿 Chanting and sacred song
🌿 Vocal toning and sound as healing
🌿 Drumming and rhythm to awaken your voice
🌿 Speaking our truth in a supportive circle
🌿 Journaling and optional sharing
No singing or drumming experience is necessary. This is not about having the "perfect" voice. It is about discovering the voice that is uniquely yours.
Please bring:
🥁 A drum or rattle, if you have one (a limited number will be available to borrow)
📖 A journal and pen
💧 Water
💜 An open heart
