NWC PRESENTS: BOXING 101

1-HR BOXING 101 WORKSHOP FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS.

Coach Sandro will review foundational boxing techniques and review how sports like boxing can build confidence, self-defense knowledge and healthy living habits. Coach Sandro is an international competitor, 2x Golden Gloves State Champion and 2023 NJ Diamond Glove Champion.

Participants of all skills levels and all ages are encouraged to register. Dress in exercise attire and arrive on time.
