EVENT ITINERARY
THURSDAY JULY 30TH
VENDOR CHECK-IN AND SET UP
12:00 pm-6:00 pm
FRIDAY JULY 31ST
Gates open at 8:00 AM show check-in begins with spectators opening at 9:00 AM
(Gates will be closed for leaving at 8 PM)
Once checked in, event staff will direct you to your RV or camping area
(RV rentals will need to check in at the gate)
Once you have got settled and relaxed, please feel free to start setting up your vehicle
NOTE: As classes start filling up judging will start Friday afternoon.
Show merch and raffle tickets will be available at the official show merch booth located in the vendor row in between The Goude life and Kustom life booths.
Saturday August 1st
Gates open at 8:00 AM for roll in and with spectators opening at 9:00 AM and out at 8:00 PM or after awards and raffle
Vehicle judging begins as classes fill, please make sure your vehicle is set up and ready to be judged as soon as possible.
Games will begin around 10:00 AM shortly after judging gets underway. Compete for tickets that can be redeemed for some awesome prizes!
Trophy Presentation
Will be Saturday August 1st Late Early Evening followed by the EPIC Raffle Drawing!
After the awards the fun doesn’t stop! Spend the evening hanging out with friends & making memories, cruising and of course the LIMBO is back!!
Sunday August 2nd
Gates open 9am
We ask that everyone have their campsites cleaned and packed up and be off the fairgrounds by 2:00 PM and have a safe trip home!
