Connect + Elevate is Nova’s monthly gathering in Schaumburg for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want something a little different from traditional networking.
No working the room. No collecting contacts. No pressure to have the perfect answer to “So, what do you do?”
Instead, you’ll spend the morning having real conversations with people who care about their work, their lives, and the kind of connections they’re building along the way.
Our NW Chicagoland Constellation is currently a small, intimate community, which gives us the chance to really get to know one another and build connections that go beyond an event.
OCTOBER: SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS
We’re heading into the final stretch of the year. And for a lot of us, this is when the pressure starts to creep in.
Goals we still want to hit. Projects we want to finish. Things we said we’d do this year. Work gets busy, calendars fill up, the holidays aren’t far behind, and suddenly the answer seems to be: do more, move faster, push through.
But what if success didn’t have to feel that way?
What if you could pursue meaningful goals, grow your career or business, and create an impactful life without constantly running yourself into the ground to get there?
This month, we’re talking about Sustainable Success.
Not lowering your ambition. Not giving up on the things you want.
But questioning whether the way you’re pursuing them actually works for you.

We’ll begin with guided conversation around this month’s theme.
Not awkward icebreakers or surface-level networking. Just intentional prompts and real conversation designed to help you actually get to know the women in the room.
We’ll talk about our relationships with success, the pressure to keep doing more, and what it might look like to create lives and careers that support us as much as we support them.
You’ll leave knowing a few more people than you did when you walked in and, hopefully, with a few conversations you genuinely want to continue.
ELEVATE
Work With Yourself, Not Against Yourself
Led by Alysha Webb, Authentic Success & Burnout Coach
What if creating more sustainable success started with understanding yourself a little better?
In this interactive session, Alysha will introduce three different ways to look at how you work, use your energy, and recognize when you may be pushing yourself beyond what actually works for you.
Rather than spending 20 minutes being talked at, you’ll have opportunities to pause, reflect, and talk with the women around you.
Together, we’ll explore questions like:
What is my body telling me that I’ve been ignoring?
What capacity do I actually have right now?
Where am I forcing myself to work in a way that doesn’t work for me?
You’ll walk away with a simple framework you can use when you notice yourself slipping back into overdrive, plus one tangible change you can make right away to create success at a pace you can actually sustain.
No homework. No complete overhaul of your life. Just a different way to start working with yourself instead of against yourself.
