At this special NVRSTP Icebathing session, we are thrilled to have Raphael, an expert in breathwork, yoga, and movement, guiding us through the experience. Raphael specializes in helping people connect with their inner strength, creating transformative spaces for healing and community.

This event is your opportunity to awaken your body and mind, discover inner calm, sharpen your focus, build courage, and push past your limits—all while enjoying the power of breath and ice.

Agenda

1. Welcome & Introduction
   A brief overview of the event and the benefits of breathwork and ice baths.
2. Soma Breathwork Session
   Guided breathwork to energize your mind and body, preparing you for the ice bath challenge.
3. Ice Bath Experience (2–6 Minutes)
   Step into the ice bath to test your limits, build resilience, and discover inner strength.

Participation is at your own risk. General good health is a prerequisite for participation. The provider and coach are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. No responsibility will be taken for personal belongings or valuables brought to the event.
