Every Tuesday at Lunch time in Nanaimo (Free / by contribution) from 12 to 1pm (Facebook puts 3 hours I can't change that not sure why)
This is a space to connect with other people interested in NVC and keep your practice alive. Every time you come you will:
- Connect with people interested in NVC (Nonviolent Communication)
- Benefit from a 15min empathy
- Have a chance to share your challenges around conflits alive in your life
- Share one practice to help you navigate challenging relationships
- Come with your lunch or your tea and leave refreshed and nourrished!
This event is by contribution, there will be a jar every week to donate something to the facilitator if you feel like it.
You need to have done a 12 hours intro workshop to Compassionate Communication or Nonviolent Communication to participate.
