About this Event
We invite you to participate in a distinctive wine-tasting series this fall, hosted on campus and initiated by Professor Paul Wagner and organized by Enoch Shully, the Manager of Winery, Hospitality, and Culinary Operations. Following successful summer sessions, we are pleased to continue offering these tastings throughout the fall semester. Every Friday, a guest vintner will showcase their wines, expound upon their winemaking philosophy, and engage in discussions regarding the current challenges and triumphs of the wine industry, all within a classroom setting. This presents a remarkable opportunity to savor exceptional wines while gleaning insights from industry experts.
Participant Requirements:
Kindly bring your own glassware (preferably 4-6 glasses); spit cups will be provided. Given the limited seating capacity, early RSVPs are strongly encouraged. This event offers an invaluable opportunity to network with peers and alumni while enjoying some of Napa's finest wines. We eagerly anticipate your attendance and the chance to share this enriching experience with you.
