NVC Estate Winery Friday Tastings

Join us this fall for a special wine-tasting series on campus, initiated by Professor Paul Wagner and hosted by Hospitality and winery Operations Manager Enoch Schully.

After a successful summer run, we're thrilled to extend these tastings throughout the fall semester! Featuring wines donated by renowned partners such as Janet Trefethen of Trefethen Winery, Darius Khaledi of Darious Winery, Gina Gallo of Gallo Winery, Tom Hardy of Hardy Wines, Amelia Caja of Caja Vineyard, and Robin Baggette of Alpha Omega, the tastings will offer a unique opportunity to explore diverse wine selections.

Each session will be led by the vintners themselves and held every Friday in a classroom setting. Don't miss this chance to experience world-class wines while learning from the experts!

What to Bring: Kindly bring your own glassware (preferably 4-6 glasses). Spit cups will be provided.

This Friday, September 13th, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm we are privileged to welcome Amelia Ceja, the proprietor and chief executive of Ceja Vineyards, as our esteemed guest. During the event, Amelia Ceja will not only present her exceptional wines but also offer insights into her winemaking philosophy and engage in discussions on the obstacles and triumphs of overseeing a Winery within the ever-evolving wine industry of today.
