Nutured: Sacred Womb Healing Circle

Join us for a transformative experience in our Nurtured: Sacred Womb Healing Circle—a sacred gathering designed to guide you on a deep journey of womb healing and spiritual renewal. This intimate circle is a space of love, support, and sisterhood, where you can reconnect with the divine energy of your womb and release what no longer serves you.

During this session, we will dive into reflective journaling and harness the power of breathwork to deepen our connection with our womb space. We’ll partake in a womb healing herbal tea ceremony, which nourishes both body and soul, while setting our intentions together. You'll have the chance to both give and receive healing energy within our supportive community.

You’ll be guided through a womb healing meditation with the option to receive womb reiki, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nurturing energy. To conclude, we'll create a collective mandala—a powerful portal for manifestation and healing—where we’ll infuse our intentions and energy into a beautiful symbol of our shared journey.

What to Bring:

• A journal and pen for reflective exercises
• Any flower, herbs, or crystals you feel called to bring for our mandala crafting activity.
• We encourage you to wear white, symbolizing purification, renewal and new beginnings.

Whether you are new to womb healing or have been on this path for some time, this circle offers a safe and welcoming space for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with your sacred feminine energy. Come as you are and leave feeling nurtured, empowered, and deeply connected to your womb space.

Our guide, Ashley, is a Multidimensional Energy Healer and Spiritual Doula who facilitates safe spaces for women to heal ancestral trauma, activate self-healing, and reconnect with their ancestors and guides. At Asha’s Garden, we offer a sanctuary of peace, healing, and tranquility.

Our class will take place at 1 Buffalo Avenue Northwest, Suite 212, Concord, NC, 28025. You may need to give yourself additional time for parking. Please read the location and parking information below before attending.

Location & Parking

The location address is 1 Buffalo Ave #212, Concord, NC 28025.

It is located in the Locke Mill Plaza. This is an old Mill that has apartments and businesses. There is a gas station across the street from the parking lot called Danny's. If you get lost use this address: 300 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025. This will take you to the gas station that is right across the street from the side of the Mill where you will park (picture below).

Walk up the ramp of the main entrance (picture below) and go through the front door. If the door is locked, please call ‪(980) 236-9890 to be let in. Upon entry, take the double doors to the right and follow the hallway straight out to another set of double doors. From there, you will see other storefronts and we are a few doors down in Suite 212 (on the right-hand corner).
