Sat{HER}day is a women-only wellness and maker event created to celebrate women choosing themselves, their health, and their well-being.
Hosted by NutritionHQ. Quincy at The Kroc Center, Sat{HER}day was intentionally designed to be a safe, welcoming space where women can ask questions, share experiences, and explore wellness without intimidation or pressure.
At NutritionHQ., we understand that traditional, male-dominated wellness spaces can sometimes make it uncomfortable to talk openly about female-specific health needs. Sat{HER}day changes that. This event is all about community, confidence, education, and connection all while being surrounded by women who are on similar journeys.
