Welcome to Nutrition and Zumba Class, whereyou will learn about building a healthier plate, planning healthy meals, shopping on a budget, reading the nutrition facts label, and learning about healthy beverages. Join us for an exciting and interactive experience that brings together those interested in updating their healthy habits.
