About this Event
If you’re ready to feel more energised, support healthy ageing and understand how to balance your weight without restrictive diets, this workshop is for you.
Nutrition 101: Eat Well, Balance Your Weight, Age Stronger is a practical, evidence-based session that teaches the essential foundations of good nutrition—the habits that genuinely support well-being from your mid-30s onward and beyond.
Across this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how food influences energy, cravings, mood and long-term health, and you’ll leave with simple tools you can start using straight away.
We’ll cover:
- Blood sugar regulation and why it underpins stable energy, cravings, sleep and overall wellbeing
- The core food groups — what they do, how to use them, and common misconceptions
- Myth-busting around carbs, fats, sugar and “good” vs “bad” foods
- The Balanced Plate Method — an easy, visual approach to building meals without weighing or counting
- Hunger, cravings and appetite retraining to help you understand your cues and reduce overeating without guilt
- Sustainable habits that make healthy eating realistic and long-lasting
You’ll also receive:
- A recipe booklet to inspire easy, nourishing meals
- 20% off my Kickstart Nutritional Side Kicks session
- 15% off any order from Natural Dispensary — a trusted online platform where you can purchase high-quality supplements recommended by registered practitioners
Expect a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can ask questions, share experiences and gain clarity on how to nourish your body in a sustainable, enjoyable way.
Join us to learn how to eat well, feel energised, balance your weight and age stronger.
Why This Workshop
Because eating well isn’t a privilege — it’s a right. I believe everyone deserves access to clear, trustworthy nutrition knowledge, no matter their background, budget or stage of life.
This workshop shares the same guidance I usually reserve for one-to-one clients — so you can start your journey with a solid foundation.
Whether you’re brand new to nutrition, thinking of going it alone, or simply want to check if you’re doing things the “right way,” this session offers the clarity, tools, and support to begin making smarter, sustainable choices straight away.
