Designed for parents and caregivers of newborns through pre-crawlers, this class focuses on bedtime routines and parent bonding. Learn how responsive touch can signal sleep cues and growth, soothe digestive discomfort, burping techniques and streamline daily feeding routines. In this 2 hour class, you will to create a calming nighttime routine that signals bedtime and bonding

What You Will Learn:

• Reading Your Baby's Cues: Learn to spot when your newborn is in a "quiet alert" state and ready for touch.
• Step-by-Step Strokes: Practice safe, light movements starting from the legs and moving up to the tummy, chest, arms, and face.
• Digestion Relief: Use specific clockwise tummy circles and gentle leg movements to ease gas and tummy aches.
• Bedtime Flow: Integrate the massage seamlessly between a warm bath and a final bedtime feeding.
