✨ Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for moms at all stages- new moms, seasoned moms, moms navigating loss, and women hoping to become mothers. Our space is open, welcoming, and supportive for all who nurture others and are ready to nurture themselves, too.

🪷 What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes lodging (private or shared tent), all meals, snacks, coffee + tea, & desserts, guided nature experiences, yoga and mindfulness sessions, and all retreat workshops and materials.

🌿 Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many attendees come solo. This is a safe, welcoming space to rest, connect, and make meaningful friendships in a supportive community.

🌙 What should I bring?

A packing list will be emailed to you after registration, but plan to bring comfortable clothing, lots of layers for high deserts swinging temps, a reusable water bottle, personal items, and an open heart.

🔥 Are payments refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest if you can’t attend. Please reach out if this situation arises- we’ll do our best to support you.
