Hi moms! I’m Jen Tietjen, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Your Village, and I’d love for you to join me for our second Nurturing Motherhood gathering at Your Village!
This time, we’re focusing on something so many moms struggle with—self-care. Self-care isn’t just about bubble baths and spa days (though those are nice!). It’s about intentional actions that help you recharge mentally, emotionally, and physically so you can show up as your best self—for both your family and you. We will work together to create a "self-care menu" with simple, doable self-care ideas and talk about what barriers tend to get in the way.

This is a space to connect, share, and support one another—because we all deserve to feel our best while caring for our little ones. 💛
Kids of all ages are welcome to stay with their moms during the group and can stay and play in the Play Village afterwards for a discounted rate of $10.
