Raising teen daughters can be so rewarding but also SO tough! It can feel lonely and isolating wihtout other's to share the challenges with. It truly takes a village. Come join a community of moms who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising teenage daughters and learn from Dr. Kim and other experts about different topics related to raising daughters.

What to Expect:

Friendships during adolescence can be a rollercoaster of emotions and challenges. As a mom, we play a vital role in guiding ur daughters through this pivotal stage. In this.month's meeting we will touch on the changes that happen for our daughters and some strategies we can use to support her in navigating this tricky time as well as help her in learnign how to build healthy, lasting friendships with others.

• How to recognize the signs of healthy vs. unhealthy friendships.
• Strategies to navigate friendship breakups and relational aggression.
• Communication techniques to foster trust and open dialogue.
• Practical tips for encouraging kindness, empathy, and inclusion.

Tween and teen girls experience unique social challenges as they grow. By understanding these dynamics, you can help your daughter develop the confidence and skills she needs to navigate friendships while fostering a deeper bond between you and her.
