Nurture Your Soul with Sound - Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments at Four Directions Alchemy's seasonal sound baths.
Benefits: Deep relaxation, stress reduction, enhanced meditation, spiritual connection, and emotional/physical balance.
Join us for a series of transformative sound bath meditations. Let the harmonious sounds guide you into a state of tranquility and gratitude, cultivating a 'grateful giving mindset' as we transition through the seasons. By focusing on the positive aspects of life, you can cultivate a sense of abundance and contentment.
1 hour of relaxing and rejuvenating live music with singing bowls, wind gong, drum and more. This is a group event.
For your comfort, please bring a combination of the following: a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, warm socks, and an eye mask to create a cozy "nest" to fully relax and enjoy the experience. There is no such thing as too much, practice building your sound bath "nest" at home to see what you will need to be comfortable for an hour of limited movement. I want you to have the best possible experience.
Note-worthy: an eye mask can help to block out extra sensory input, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sound and vibration. You will get cold, bring a warm blanket (everyone gets cold, even during warm weather). If the floor is not for you, please bring a comfy collapsible chair, i.e. a gravity lawn chair. It's recommended to avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before and after the sound bath.
Cost: $15 per session, or $45 for a 4-session bundle.
