Enjoy a series of reflective prompts, light breath work & meditation, silence, sharing, & insight from tarot/oracle cards. No journaling experience necessary. Be willing to slow down and get in touch with what you already know, what you may know, but haven’t acknowledged yet, and what you’re still figuring out.
