About this Event

Nurture You - a Faith and Mental Health Summit

A transformative event that will bring together women for a day of workshops on faith and mental health, self-reflection activities, music therapy, worship, a panel discussion, and more. Our goal is to create a space where faith and mental health intersect to inspire healing and renewal.

Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Attire: comfy chic. We will be moving our bodies during one session. Nothing too strenuous. Wear something cute but allows you to move around a bit. Or you can always bring a change of clothes if you'd like 😊.
