Do you feel tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some self-care? Then this is the evening for you.
Come join us for our Nurture@Night designed for YOU to pause, rest and reset with calming Restorative Yoga, Soothing Sound Healing, Guided Meditation & Breathwork.
The evening is meticulously crafted to encourage you to slow down from the moment you arrive. We intentionally enter the room quietly, the lights will be dimmed, and the room lit with twinkling candles. An aromatic blend of essential oils, designed to calm and soothe your mind and body, will delicately fill the air. Nurturing, restorative practices follow, allowing tightness and tension to fall away, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored and renewed.

Arrive from 5.45pm to choose your mat and props and quietly settle in. We begin with gentle breath-work and grounding, before intention-setting to prepare for the evening ahead. Sue will guide you through Restorative yoga (gentle, slow stretching movement) and pranayama (deep breath-work), followed by Julie guiding you into deep rest through meditation and sound healing.
We’ll gently bring you back around, follow up and center ourselves before concluding our evening together.

Gentle yoga, pranayama, meditation and sound healing promote wonderful healing benefits for your emotional, mental and physical well-being. Nurture@Night is an experience difficult to put into words, because it’s just something you feel.
WHAT TO BRING:
Journal/notepad and pen, water-bottle. Comfortable clothing.
All equipment supplied (yoga mat, blanket, bolster & cushion)
Please BYO anything else you need for your own comfort and support when lying down.
