Join us for a winter walk-and-talk around Lake Atalanta, designed to create a mindful moment in nature. Together, we’ll meditate, stroll, journal, and savor the serene winter scenery. Your furry friends are welcome to join if you wish and will be lovingly included in our practice, guided by Tammy. This intimate small-group setting fosters meaningful conversation and genuine connection.

Meeting Point: Join us at the picnic table on the right side of the lake, just past the parking lot on the trail.

Walk Details: Enjoy a leisurely stroll with pauses for mindful moments, covering less than 3 miles.

What to Bring: Dress in layers to suit the weather and wear comfortable shoes for an enjoyable experience. If bringing a furry friend, please ensure they are leashed and behave well with others.
