About the Summit
The Leading Women’s Summit 2026 is not a traditional conference.
Guided by the theme “Harness the Power”, this immersive evening brings together 24 of the region’s most influential women to move beyond inspiration and into action.
Designed as a high-energy, intimate round-table experience, the summit connects established leaders (“Pillar Leaders”) with rising professionals in honest, practical conversations focused on unlocking leadership potential and creating real-world impact.
The Experience
Interactive Round-Table Conversations
Instead of sitting in an audience, participants will engage directly with speakers through a structured speed-mentoring format, rotating through small-group discussions throughout the evening.
✨ What makes this different:
- No stage panels or keynote speeches
- Small, facilitated round-table conversations
- Direct access to senior leaders
- Practical insights you can apply immediately
- Think boardroom conversations, not conference talks.
What You’ll Gain
🔥 Inspiring leadership stories - real challenges, real breakthroughs
💬 Meaningful dialogue with senior women across sectors
🎯 Actionable ideas to take back to your organisation or career
🤝 High-quality networking with professionals and leaders
🥂 Drinks & canapés during the networking reception
🎁 Lucky Draw for Charity — enjoy the chance to win curated prizes, with 100% of lucky draw proceeds donated to APSW Thailand (Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women), supporting vulnerable women and children in Thailand
Each conversation is designed to help you identify where your power is currently held back and how to harness it.
