You are invited to join us at Nurture Mind Body Spirit for a powerful evening of shamanic breathwork and tea sharing circle! This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to pause, release, expand your lense awareness beyond the logical mind, FEEL your emotions, and integrate with the medicine of tea in a supportive community setting. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this circle is open to all levels. Take this time to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a welcoming space filled with love and positive energy. We can't wait to breathe and sip tea with you!

Bring a bottle of water, yoga mats,blankets, pillows, eyemask or other items to add comfort to your body as you will be laying down during the journey.
