This March our Swim Centres will be celebrating the NSW Seniors Festival 2026 with two free STOMP classes for Seniors followed by morning tea while you wind down.STOMP classes are for people that enjoy mixing up their fitness training and may already participate in other aquatic sports. The Coach ensures participants get a great work-out following a guided fitness swimming program.
STOMP Class Sessions:
- Swansea Swim Centre - Wednesday 4 March at 9am-9:45am
- Charlestown Swim Centre - Monday 9 March at 9:15am-10am
