Northern Schools Chess League Tournament is a series of 4 tournaments over 4 months, in different locations. Players are on teams of 4, and are placed as a team into a bracket for elementary, middle, or high school. There are not individual chess ratings earned, since it is a team tournament. Clocks are used, but notation is optional. Teams will play 4 rounds over the course of each day. This is meant to be a fun tournament for players to get tournament experience, and play against others they would not otherwise. If your player would like to play in this event, PLEASE comment with name/grade on that post in this event so we have a head count and enter for enough tables.
