This is not your average camp! We will be exploring the Universe and diving deep into what it means to be human in this dynamic and hardcore summer camp! We will visit 3 of Chicago’s best museums, swim in Lake Michigan, go hiking in Forest Preserves, train at the best Ninja Park in IL and do mind bending science experiments. Students will finish camp inspired, motivated, and well prepared to live in a future of their own making.

🦋In this camp we will explore our understanding of the Mind and the Universe. 🦋

We will:
⚛️Be doing rising ritual, meditation experiments, sound healing, and ninja training!
⚛️Go to the Adler planetarium to understand how stars and planets formed.
⚛️Go to the Field Museum of Natural History to understand how life evolved on Earth and gave rise to Humankind.
⚛️Go to the Museum of Science and Industry to learn what humans have done with their big brains.
⚛️Use Creativity through Music, Art, Dance & Writing to solidify the things we have learned.
⚛️Do mind bending science experiments and Launch Rockets
⚛️Have group philosophy discussions about why all this matter, and the best way to live our lives
⚛️End Our Days at the Ninja Park!
🪷Day 1 - Monday - How the Universe formed🪷
🌞Rising Routine - NSA movement series, Wim Hof Breathing exercise, meditation, vocal warmups
🧠Mind 1 - How to use your mind.
🕊Big Adventure🕊
Adler Planetarium
Planetarium- we will learn the Big Bang, Star and Galaxy formation, and the history of Earth
🌊Go swimming and have a picnic at Montrose Beach.
At the beach we will learn:
🧠Mind 2 - how to be quiet
-Logic puzzles level 1
-intro to fractals
-A deep dive into E-mc2 and what it means for the Universe around us
🌲End the day at the Ninja Park located at Wolf Crossings Community Park- this is where pick up will be!

🌞Rising Routine - NSA movement series, Breathing exercise, meditation, vocal warmups
🧠Mind 3 - How to listen to the Universe

Field Museum
Field Museum- we will learn the history of evolution on Earth. The evolution walk will take us through the 3 billion year history of life from the first microorganisms all the way through the hall of dinosaur skeletons up the the present day. It is quite a sight.
We will end the day at the Ninja park

Museum of Science and Industry
Museum of Science and Industry - we will observe the awesome power of the human mind at work. Every exhibit is a testament to our ability to solve problems. Students will pick their favorite invention.
Have a picnic and go swimming at Oak Street Beach.
At the beach we will learn:
How to get deeper into meditation and make it fun

Creating something unique in the universe - We will write a song as a group with the intention of making the world a better place
