Our main focus with this Group is designed to deepen Children’s connection with nature.
For families with young Children, spending purposeful time outside is more important than ever. To thrive in this dynamic world, children need outdoor play experiences that deliver the hands-on lessons, valuable social interactions, and restorative activity that can’t be gained from the tap of a screen. As parents, it’s our job to ensure they engage in these experiences early and often. Our play-based outdoor curriculum guides Children to be healthy, confident, and capable.

🪷Opening Circle : ( stays the same throughout the week, we let the children go in and out and participate as much as they can without any pressure, our goal is to plant the seed )
✨Nature Walk- McDowell Grove has a beautiful trail alongside the Dupage River that has endless things to explore
✨Movement : Freeform Guided Dancing, Animal Yoga Games/Stretches, Ninja Training focusing on the 7 categories of Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Agility, Strength, Speed, Balance.
✨Breathwork: Different Activities to focus on breathing. Will use little toys and instruments to make it fun for them
✨Guided Meditation: Story Telling Setting to expand their imagination ✨
✨Vocal Warmups: Going up the scale with the sound of AUM : Aaa Oooo Mmmm
✨Drum Circle/ Song Circle: Rhythm Practice, Medicine Songs catering towards Mother Earth,Humanity and Love
🪷: Theme will be picked from the book: Alphabet for Humanity. We will do “LETTER OF THE DAY”
💎MONDAY: Science in Nature: Who,What,Where,When,Why,How
💎TUESDAY: Art With Nature: We will use what we collect from our Evolution Walk to create a beautiful piece of Art
💎WEDNESDAY: Music: Sound Healing,Drums,Singing,Basic Music Theory, we will also listen to the Music of Nature through the River & the Forest
💎THURSDAY: Dance: Ecstatic Dance Style. We will have shawls, ribbons & fun props to dance with
💎FRIDAY: Ninja Course & Ninja Games : Yoga and Martial Arts using the 7 Categories: Endurance, Power, Strength,Speed, Agility, Flexibility and Balance
