This course is divided into two evenings and provides the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to safely own and operate handguns of all types. It combines a state-of-the-art firearms simulator, classroom instruction, and an individual (1-on-1) range time with each student (live fire instruction will be scheduled separately).You will gain the confidence to fully understand handguns, various shooting positions and firearm safety.
You will learn safe firearm handling, firearm parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, how to select, clean and properly store a firearm. What sets this training apart from others is that the student brings nothing other than attention and a desire to learn.
All training materials, pistols and ammo is provided.
You will experience firing nearly every pistol caliber.

Certificates awarded to student after successful 8-hr class and range qualification.
