Join us at Rock Creek Park in Washington DC as we nourish our minds, bodies, and souls on our No Plateau Zone Summer 2026 Hike
Hike Day Check-In:
- The hike check-in begins at 8:40 AM. Please allow extra time for initial meetup and event introduction before we begin the hike.
-The walk/run will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
Items needed for the hike:
- Water
- Insect Repellant/Mosquito Spray
-Comfortable/Waterproof Shoes (You don't mind getting wet or dirty)
Items recommended for the hike:
- Snacks
- Backpack to store items
- First aid kit
- Sunglasses
-Raincoat or Emergency Poncho (in case of rain)
