With the purchase of this ticket, I hereby, for myself and my child, waiver and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my child may have against the organizers of the event and volunteers assisting in this event, for any and all injuries suffered myself or my child. I do hereby grant and give these groups the right to use my and my child’s photograph, video, image with or without my or my child’s name both single and in conjunction with other persons or objects for any and all purposes including but not limited to private or public presentations, advertising, publicity, and promotion relating thereto.
