About this Event
Many of us are carrying feelings, protective patterns and emotional responses that once helped us cope but no longer reflect who we truly are — and may now be stopping us from moving forward.
This deeply supportive two-hour workshop is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently begin releasing what no longer feels aligned with the person you are becoming.
Through breathwork, guided inner exploration, nervous system awareness, journalling, relaxation and optional movement, we will explore how emotions and past experiences can become stored within the body — and how awareness and self-connection can begin to create new pathways forward.
You will be invited to identify a feeling, block or emotional pattern you may be ready to let go of, either privately through journalling or through sharing within the group if you feel comfortable.
Together, we will begin exploring this part of yourself as something distinct — noticing how it feels, what it looks like, what it may be trying to say, and what it has been protecting you from. Through awareness, breath and guided inner work, you will have the opportunity to begin transforming this pattern in real time so that it can finally feel seen, heard and able to soften or release.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering the version of you beneath the overwhelm, pressure, fear or old protective story.
The workshop will include:
- grounding breathwork
- guided inner work and reflection
- journalling prompts
- nervous system insight
- relaxation and integration
- optional gentle movement and celebration
No experience is needed. This is a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space.
