* THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL *Come along and learn how to decorate a beautiful and professional-looking heart-shape cake, for the Valentine's Day weekend!
Inclusions:
- Use of my cake decorating equipment (BYO stand mixer, or hire one of mine for $10)
- Cake board and box
- 2 large heart-shaped mud cakes cooked by me (dark choc OR white choc mud) feeds about 30 people
- Butter cream and ganache to decorate, as well as my butter cream and chocolate ganache recipes to take home
- Edible decorations
- Unlimited hot drinks ☕
What to bring:
- Stand Mixer OR Thermomix
- Apron (I have some for sale if you don't own one)
- Covered shoes
- Hair tie/clips to keep hair back (long hair in a bun)
- LUNCH and water bottle
Ability Level - Beginner (aged 13+)
Duration - 4.5 hours
Location - 24 Springdale Avenue Inverness, Yeppoon
Cost - $220 (or $230 for Gluten-Free)
GENERIC CAKE TOPPERS and CANDLES are also available to purchase if required. If you would like the ICING TIPS we use at the workshop, kits are also available to purchase.
