Jaime will demonstrate how to make a traditional outdoor Valencian paella over the course of two hours. Enjoy Spanish wine, tapas, and a patio campfire while you watch and assist with the traditional process from start to finish. Ingredients sourced from the YLT garden, a local butcher, and Spain.
The ticket price will be used to cover the cost of materials and facilitation. This event will be rescheduled in the case of inclement weather.
