Rod & Kathi are Central Illinois’ most unique husband-and-wife duo and the masterminds behind Now and Zen, weaving a tapestry of sound that's as mesmerizing as it is eclectic. Armed with the Zendrum – an instrument you need to see to believe, they elevate each performance to new heights, seamlessly blending modern technology with timeless melodies from Classic Rock, Country, pop, and all styles in-between with a rich full sound and family-friendly style.
Attendees are encouraged to support nearby restaurants and businesses and bring dinner or snacks to the event. Lawn chairs and blankets are also encouraged. Adult Services Manager and event coordinator Laura Warren-Roberts says, “The library is excited for the return of this series and to provide an opportunity to enjoy local musicians in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.”
