Explore the joy and magic of opera in the comedy performance "My Best Friend's a Pirate!" This interactive production features the music of Rossini, Mozart, Verdi, and many more.
The performance will last about 30 minutes, and then open up to questions from the audience.
Recognized for her stage presence, agility, and high extension, lyric soprano Mina McIntire is a performer currently based in Peoria, IL. She is a versatile soloist of energy and strength, comfortable performing in a variety of genres from opera to musical theater.
This is an all ages event that does not require registration. It will be located in the Civic Plaza rooms 111 & 112.
