Discover the calming power of creativity in this supportive 3-week group series. 🎨🌿
🗓️ Friday November 7, 14, & 21 from 6:30-8:00pm
Led by a professional Art Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), this guided workshop series offers a supportive, no-pressure space to unwind, reconnect, and relieve stress through the creative process. Participants will engage in expressive art-making activities designed to promote mindfulness, emotional well-being, and relaxation.

No artistic experience needed, all materials provided!
