Join Stem Wine Bar for our November wine tasting events! Chef Doug has prepared 6 small bites to pair with a selection of Chilean and Argentinian wines! Come join us as we pit Chile and Argentina against each other!

TIME: 6-7:30 p.m.

Chile and Argentina

1.Haras de Pirque — Sauvignon Blanc, Leyda Valley, Chile

Baked Cherrystone Clam a la Parmesana

white wine-garlic butter, Parmesan breadcrumbs, lemon

2. Colome Estate— Torrontes, Salta, Argentina

Baked Humita

sweet corn, roasted butternut squash, queso fresco, basil, paprika,

roasted red pepper salsa

3. Grey Glacier— Pinot Noir, Aconcagua, Chile

Duck Breast Pastel de Choclo

roasted duck breast, corn-basil pastelera, caramelized onion, black olives,

golden raisin

4. Bodega Calle—Temprenillo el Olivado Reserva, Mendoza, Argentina

Crispy Beef Milanesa

mushroom conserva, roasted onion cream, chimicurri

5. Kaiken Ultra—Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina

Patagonian Lamb Empanada

lamb, onion, roasted pepper, cumin, paprika, roasted red pepperr-aji aioli

6. Eulila—Red Blend, Cachapoal Valley, Chile

Pan de Pascua

dark chocolate, blackberry, toasted walnut, orange

• Let us know of any allergies or dietary preferences before the night of the tastings, no substitutions will be made once the tasting has begun.
• We will no longer be offering tickets to purchase on-site the day of. All tickets need to be purchased online prior to the event.
• W e will no longer offer refunds within 24 hours of your event.
• Please inform us of seating requests before the day of your event. All seating arrangements will be assigned prior to your visit and cannot be changed the day of the event.
• All wine tasting seating is communal and Stem is open to the public during these ticketed events.
• This is a wine tasting event with 6 small bites included.
• For your convenience, Stem’s dinner + beverage menus will be available before (starting at 5 p.m.) and after the tasting events ,but not during the event (6pm-7:30pm)
