This will be a relaxing and fun evening. We will all join in a Sacred sound circle where you will be guided through a relaxation meditation session using sound frequencies and vibrations. You will then join in with sounds from Crystal and Himalayan Singing bowls, Shamanic Drums and other healing instruments used to balance, relax and transport your energy to a higher dimension. You will be amazed how cathartic this activity it!
Feel free to bring your own singing bowl or sound instrument such as bells, drums, gongs, etc or you may borrow one of ours. Participation is not required for attending but it is preferred for the best relaxation and meditative experience.
