November Unwind: Candlelight Pilates & Relaxation

Gift yourself two hours of pure restoration in this special collaboration with Release Reformer Pilates, designed to help you move gently, release tension, and find stillness in a beautifully calming candlelit setting.

Join us for an afternoon of grounding Pilates by candlelight, followed by a deeply soothing relaxation practice. Think soft lights, gentle music, and space to completely let go.

To attend this candlelight experience, a ticket fee of £10 applies to help cover the cost of the session, refreshments, and the cozy, restorative set up.

About the Event

This is a 2 hour wellness experience, perfect for anyone looking to unwind, restore, and find calm as we move into winter.

You will enjoy:

• 1 hour of Candlelight Pilates: gentle, grounding movement to stretch, restore, and reset the body
• 1 hour of Deep Relaxation: restorative stillness, soft music, and soothing practices to calm the nervous system and release tension

Come exactly as you are. This is your time to rest, restore, and reconnect.
