The first Sunday of every month we host an hour long burlesque class at The Healing Moon, 6843 Giant City Rd, Carbondale, IL 62902, from 4 PM until 5 PM.For this VERY Special class, we are hosting the very talented, skillful and accomplished - Ami Amore!

Agenda:
Brief warm up and conditioning exercises, then we go through mechanics of some basic moves that would add flair and sensuality to any burlesque, and put them into a short combination, that the dance student can take and use on their own however they'd like!
Class size is limited to 20 so register early!

Dress comfortably- no denim! Yoga pants/shorts and a tank top is ideal.
Classes are barefoot or bring slippers (ballet or dance slippers is fine) NO street shoes or heels allowed!
