If melty cheese is your jam, this dinner is for you! Sweater-weather is here and it’s finally Raclette season! Raclette is a traditional Swiss meal where we use large melting machines to scrape melty cheesy goodness right off the wheel onto your waiting plate of steaming potatoes. Not only do we include traditional accompaniments of cornichons (sour pickles) and pickled onions, we make it a complete meal experience by adding a variety of cured meats, a big green salad and some non-traditional accompaniments like pineapple, mushrooms and sliced apples, fresh baguettes and butter, and dessert! Specially paired red and white wines are sold separately and can be purchased by the bottle for $40 or by the glass for $15.
$45 per person for the meal + tax and 20% autogratuity.
