PCRM has just published a documentary on Reversing Diabetes and has agreed to let us show it at November's potluck! Come watch how shifting to more plants affects those with diabetes! There are over 40 million people with diabetes in the US and over 115 million with prediabetes.
Location: Silverdale Library, Salish Room
When: November 19th
Time: 5pm - the documentary is 60 minutes so I will start it as soon as we fill our plates!
The address for the library is 3650 NW Anderson Hill Road in Silverdale by the High School.
Invite family members and friends. Let's pack the room and see how we can be free from this challenging chronic condition.
For the potluck:
Food: Please bring a vegan/100% plant-based dish to share, with at least 8 to 10 servings, ready to serve.
Bring your own serving ware and dishes so we can save on garbage. There is a sink but no kitchen.
All food should be 100% plant-based/vegan.
Please bring a small sign to identify your dish and include whether it contains allergens (e.g. nuts, gluten, etc.)
