Please join us for our monthly meeting and pot luck lunch Thursday, November 13th at the Riverbend Recrreation Center. The event starts at noon so try to get there for 11:45. Please remember that anything you bring for lunch should be free and animal products (meat, cheese, eggs, etc.) and all processed oil including vegetable oil, canola oil, olive oil, avocado oil, motor oil, etc.... If you bring a processed food, please check the ingredient list for these items. If you are new and not sure what to bring, fruit always works. This month we will breaking down into smaller groups and identifying our obstacles to success and developing strategies to overcome these obstacles. Please bring a plate or bowl, utensils, and a beverage. Rumor has it that all the cool kids will be there this month. We will also be announcing an exciting program for the new year that will help you get started.
