November Hike Club: walk to the sunset in Copper Cliff
Advertisement
Join us in the afternoon on the Copper Cliff trail to explore a section of the Rainbow Routes network to see sights, sounds and the beauty of nature. Have you ever noticed how different birds and small creatures enjoy the end of the day? The Beaver, or castor canadensis are a crepuscular creature, meaning it is active at dawn and dusk. Come join us to see who you may find along the trail, next to the waterway that leads to and from Copper Cliff, in the west end of Sudbury.
This hike will wrap up before sunset, but you can stay till 6:00pm to see the colours the sky create on this autumn afternoon.
