Come join us for this amazing Healing Sound Journey at Soma Fitness Center in Mountain Top PA!
November 13th from 6 PM to 7 PM for a rejuvenating experience led by Maureen Kaminski of Massage and Healing Arts at Soma Fitness Center!
This soulful journey will envelop you in a symphony of frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more designed to calm your nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
