Bets is back at it again with her infamous Happy Hour Yoga! Join her every final Friday of the month for an all-levels flow with dim lights, fun music, and a stop-drop-and-dance attitude. Skip the Saturday hangover but don't miss out on the fun! This class is a monthly offering to make Yoga fun and approachable, so bring your friends of all levels and see just how amazing Yoga can be for all bodies! We also wanted to have a monthly offering that gives everyone a chance to practice regardless of their financial status, so pay what you can!
This event is all cash, donation-based (suggested donation $10-$20), and BYOB (bring your own body).
