Join us online or in person for November's First Thursday event featuring Steve Grantham, Executive Director of one of Tulsa's most beloved nonprofit organizations, Up With Trees. Learn about the historic funding for their urban forest project and the opportunities open to you and your neighbors! Get connected to others who want to share in the splendor of improving our urban forest and increasing tree canopy equity. Whether you're new to sustainability or an expert seeking deeper insights into areas such as environmental justice, climate change, and urban forests, this event offers a great entry point and opportunities for in-depth exploration. This event will take place at the Helmerich Classroom at the Tulsa Garden Center at Woodward Park and virtually via zoom. Free parking and bus stops are nearby.
