Join us at the Conway Community Market on Sunday, Nov 23rd from 10a-2p at Barber Park (3701 Gatlin Ave)! Vendors, food, fun & donate to the Basket Brigade!Vendors, food trucks & live music! Join the Basket Brigade - where Conway comes together to donate hundreds of local Thanksgiving meals!
November Market Agenda:
* Brigade donation basket drop off, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm, at the Conway Community Organization booth! (Red tent and follow the signs!)
* Christmas music, 11:00 - 1:00, at the pavilion
Basket Brigade Information:
What: Assemble and donate a complete Thanksgiving dinner for a local family.
Please pack the following items in each basket:
1 - Decorated laundry basket - this is a great kids creativity project
1 - $15 gift card from Publix or Winn-Dixie for the purchase of a turkey and a dessert.
1 - Disposable roasting pan
2 - Cans of corn
1 - Can of cranberry sauce
1 - Box of stuffing
1 - Jar, can or package of turkey gravy
2 - Cans of green beans
1 - Can of cream of mushroom soup
1 - Can of French fried onions
1 - Box instant mashed potatoes
1 - Bag of rolls
1 - Non-perishable dessert suitable for four people
+ anything else you would like to add.
Or donate individual items for baskets (instead of a whole basket)
Who: Anyone! Build a basket with family, your kids sports team, in memorium of a lost loved one, or with your team at work! We had one grandma have each of her grandkids build and deliver a basket as a community volunteerism project and it was so sweet to see!
Feel free to keep an eye out for BOGOs and sales! To receive a donated basket, please reach out directly to a receiving church; membership is not a requirement. Please! - Do NOT put perishable items in the baskets, such as pies. Baskets are not immediately delivered and refrigeration is not available. Last year we fed 200+ Conway families. Thank you!

Drop off your basket to the Conway Community Market (3701 Gatlin Ave, 32812) on Sunday, November 23rd between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m at the Conway Community Organization booth.
Early Drop Off:

After dropping off your basket, reward yourself with a lap around the market! Our vendors have crafts, food, treats, decorations and services.come hungry for homemade bread, fresh cheese, local honey. Local talent makes specialty decorations, jewelry, and crafts.
Bring the whole family, including the pets! Walk the market, listen to the music, meet some neighbors, eat lunch, let the kids play on the playground and grab something for dinner.
