One of the finest Elizabethan houses built by Bess of Hardwick which will be brimming with Christmas joy and twinkly lights amongst the handcrafted decorations and interactive enchanting displays. The NT are planning to bring a smile to your face.You will have time to discover the house at your pace and in your time, enjoy a steaming hot chocolate or coffee in the café maybe with a gooey cake or a bowl of hot soup.
Stroll through the gardens on the paths, enjoying the winter foliage, or browse in their bookstore or shop for that Christmas present or treat.
The NT have mobility scooters which are available free of charge for discovering the garden. To book one in advance please tell me.
Cost For NT members £17, for non NT members £34. This cost includes coach travel and driver’s tip, plus entry for non NT members.
