November Book Club - Silent Book Club Libertyville
About this Event
Silent Book Club Libertyville – November
Join us for our November meet up at Frunchroom Collective!
If you love reading but don't love the pressure of traditional book clubs, Silent Book Club is the perfect way to spend an evening. Bring whatever book you're currently reading (or have been meaning to start), grab your favorite drink and pastry from Frunchroom, and settle in for a cozy night surrounded by fellow book lovers.
We'll also have our community book swap! Have a book you've loved and are ready to pass along? Bring one (or a few!) to exchange with another reader. It's completely optional, but a fun way to clear a little space on your shelf and hopefully discover your next favorite read.
Stitched by Nik will also be back! Bring your own items to be embroidered, or check out her inventory of gift ideas, stockings, santa bags, and more! It'll be the perfect time to get started on your holiday shopping!
How the evening works:
📖 Arrive, grab a drink, put in an order with Stitched by Nik, and get cozy.
🤫 Enjoy an hour of silent reading.
💬 Stay afterward to chat, browse the book swap, and connect with other readers.
There's no assigned book, no discussion questions, and no pressure to socialize if you'd rather just read. Come solo or bring a friend. Our community is friendly, welcoming, and full of people who simply love spending time with a good book.
What to bring:
- Your current read
- A book (or a few!) to swap if you'd like to participate
- An item to get embroidered
- Yourself, a friend, or both!
Whether you've been joining us all year or this will be your first Silent Book Club, we'd love to have you.
We can't wait for another cozy evening of reading together!
