✨ Sound Healing at the Beach ✨Join me on Saturday, November 8th at 5 PM for a nourishing evening of sound healing on the beach. You will be guided by waves, crystal bowls, and gentle rhythms into deep relaxation and inner peace. 🌊✨
This will be our last beach sound healing until March, so it’s the perfect time to soak in the healing energy of nature and community. Bring a blanket or yoga mat, and let the soothing vibrations carry you into stillness.
This is a by donation event. Suggested donation is $10-25 paid by cash or Venmo.
*Please note that this event is held on a public beach. There may be slightly distracting noises from traffic or other beach goers. For a sound healing experience in a more controlled setting come to my weekly sound healing at Treehouse Yoga.*
